ABSTRACT
Let $\textit{R}$ be a prime ring with center $\textit{Z}$($\textit{R}$), $\textit{C}$ its extended centroid, $\textit{L}$ a noncentral
Lie ideal of $\textit{R}$ and n, m $\geq$ 1 fixed integers. Suppose that $\textit{F}$ is a nonzero generalized skew derivation of $\textit{R}$ such that F$(u^{n})u^{m}$ $\epsilon$ Z(R), for all u $\epsilon$ $\textit{L}$. Then $dim_{c}$ $\textit{R}$$\textit{C}$= 4.
